This is a company that has made a comprehensive public commitment to going green, has a plan and industry-leading goals to go green and can say that they are "substantially" complete with their plan, they can consider themselves to be a "going green" company. They have already taking significant steps in this regard, but have not yet reached a level where they can say that they are substantially green or sustainable.
